I need to add some categories to this photo for a many resons: Giorgi Latsabidze is an Georgian-American Concert Pianist. Also he is a Composer. He is a musician and I think he has to be categorizes under musicians:pianists..ect..Maybe you can name me some other sub categories I can add it! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

You should add those categories to Category:Giorgi Latsabidze instead (most of them are already there). This way, someone looking in Category:Musicians will then go to the sub-category Category:Pianists and find all images related to Giorgi Latsabidze in the sub-category Category:Giorgi Latsabidze. Having this image in all those category levels makes no sense (again, see COM:OVERCAT for a more detailed explanation). –Tryphon^☂ 16:05, 19 August 2009 (UTC)
