Keywords were quickly ignored by all search engines, not only by Google, because of the spamming of the keyword lists

"it ways searchmonkey's idea" is a wrong formulation. It was the idea of Peter Mika/Yahoo resulting in an add-on to yahoo search called searchMonkey

two issues are confused about RDF-A: 1. the possibility to avoid additional coding of a keyword, by annotating existing content as annotaiton 2. the use by something like SearchMonkey

minute 4:45: the reason that some URI is introduced is not given, which makes it very confusing. It may be that the confusion comes from trying to describe it all by the how-to (editing the HTML file), rather than the why-to (i.e. the concept)
