[edit] Image needs to be public-domain

For accessibility to the visually impaired, the English Wikipedia needs this image to be public-domain; see en:Template talk:Portal #Remove link from image, for accessibility. I asked the original uploader to relicense, but he doesn't visit Wikipedia often. The design of the image is clearly simple enough to be unprotectible, so I'm planning to replace the detailed expression of this image with a public-domain version that I can generate myself from scratch.
