Issue of deletion for copyright violation

I am quite surprised to see that this file is considered as a possible copyright violation. The OTRS permission to use this file with the CC-BY-SA 3.0 licence directly comes from the CEO of the publishing company Anuman Interactive. Of course the whole game (Syberia) is still copyrighted, but the 10 screenshots on Wikimedia are now free of rights thanks to the permission.
