The gallery of Hazara people. Shia minority of Hazaragi-speaking people who make up the third largest ethnic group of Afghanistan. The Hazara, also written Hazāra or Azra, live mainly in the central highlands of the country, area known as Hazarajat. Over half a million live in neighboring Pakistan, and a similar number in Iran. Hazaras are also found in Australia, UK, Canada and Turkey.
Hazaragi language is a distinct dialect of Persian.
