Heiner Flassbeck

Heiner Flassbeck is a German economist. He is the Chief of Macrooeconomics and Development at United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD).
From August 2003 he is also the acting director, Division on Globalization and Development Strategies.
In March 2005 he was appointed Honorary Professor at the Hamburg University for Economics and Politics
