Description
La Porteña
Español: Pasaje Enrique Santos Discépolo, barrio de Balvanera, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Se trata de un pasaje peatonal que describe una curva con forma de S, desde la esquina de Callao y Lavalle hasta Corrientes y Riobamba. Por allí pasó la primera locomotora del país, La Porteña, cuando en 1857 se inauguró la primera línea ferroviaria. También funcionó en este pasaje el Teatro del Picadero —destruido por un incendio— y el Teatro Abierto.

Argentina

Argentina has no "freedom of panorama" provision in its copyright law. At least some think there is de facto freedom of panorama in Argentina regarding buildings:

English It is uncontroversially accepted that buildings can be reproduced by paintings or photographs, without this reproduction infringing copyright.
