Activate the following:
- E-mail me when a page I'm watching is changed
- E-mail me when my user talk page is changed

Your e-mail address will not be visible to other users.

You may also use the following template on your talk page to indicate another place where you may be contacted (but enabling e-mail notifications is usually more effective):
