Okonomiyaki

English: Okonomiyaki is a type of Japanese pan-fried batter cake with various ingredients. Okonomiyaki is usually associated with the Kansai region (Osaka style), where it is thought to have originated, and Hiroshima (Hiroshima style).
日本語: お好み焼きは、水に溶いた小麦粉にキャベツ、肉やイカといった具材とを合わせて平たく焼いた鉄板焼き料理の一つ。具を混ぜて焼く大阪を中心とした関西風と、混ぜないで別に焼く広島風がある。
