English: The parkland of Klein-Glienicke, located in the southwestern section of
Berlin near the border to
Potsdam, was designed for Prince
Carl of Prussia over a period of 30 years by Prussia's most famous architects and landscape architects, such as Karl Friedrich Schinkel, Ludwig Persius, and Joseph Peter Lenné. The spacious park contains Glienicke Palace (
Schloss Gleinicke), the Glienicke Hunting Lodge (
Jagdschloss Glienicke), and a number of smaller buildings.
