The quality of a picture is not only the resolution. On this picture there is nearly nothing in focus, ths position of the photographer is choosen bad and therefor you get a bad quality of this shot. I agree the photograph benefits from being cropped and rotated, and I have uploaded a new version that does that. The central subject is perfectly in focus. Nudity uses the term "decent quality", that seems to apply here.

If you wish to work on this, you may want to consider the smallest images on this topic a priority, however on an internet search you may find some of these have already been used more widely for educational purposes. Report below. --Fæ (talk) 16:43, 17 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
