Keep the lot and refer to Category:Hirsuties papillaris penis. It is clearly educational in scope as per this journal (Proceedings of the Royal Society of Medicine), plus countless others. If there are individual photos which could be deleted because they are similar to others, then start individual DRs on those images. Delete Keep some selected, educationally useful and good quality images, delete the other stuff (especially most of the clips).
