Saint Martin

Saint Martin is a tropical island in the northeast Caribbean. It is divided into two areas:

• Saint-Martin, an overseas collectivity of France, and previously part of the overseas department of Guadeloupe.
• Sint Maarten, still part of the Netherlands Antilles, and a future commune of the Netherlands.
