Major languages of the Byzantine Empire: Greek, Latin, Arabic, Coptic, and Aramaic. Not only Greek as mentioned on the the website. The inhabitants in all parts of the Empire were Byzantine citizens and they spoke the above languages. It is damaging to the legacy of the glorious empire to not tell the truth about its history and diversity of its culture.
