English section is always added. Czech, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Finnish and Swedish sections are added only if "blasonxx" is filled.
In the field "ref-en" is added the source (book, website, ...) that has been used to know the blazon of the coat of arms.
- Source:
Five images (heraldic figures, ordinaries) used to draw the coat of arms can be quoted by using "figure1", "figure2", "figure3", "figure4", "figure5". For each image, their author (or commentaries) can be added by "user1", "user2", ...
The template {{Created with Inkscape}} can be added by using "|ink=yes"; the category "Created with Inkscape" will also been added.
- Author, Date, Permission, other_versions
These field have to be filled as in the template {{Information}}
- Categories:
Categories are not added as parameters of the template but can easily be added after the template as indicated above.
You can choose how the file will be sorted in categories by adding "{{DEFAULTSORT:xxx}}" with xxx replaced by the name of the coat of arms. You can also add the categories "Coats of arms of yyy" and "SVG coats of arms - zzz" by adding [[Category:Coats of arms of yyy]] and [[Category:SVG coats of arms - zzz]].

The template {{COAInformation/fr}} may be used for coats of arms made for the Blazon Project of French-speaking Wikipedia.
[edit] Syntaxe d'utilisation
- Description:
La section en anglais est ajoutée par défaut. Les sections en allemand, français, italien ou suédois sont ajoutées seulement si le champ "blasonxx" est rempli.
Le champ "ref-xx" sert à spécifier la source (livre, site internet) d'où est tiré le blasonnement.
- Source:
Cinq images (meubles, pièces) ayant été utilisées pour réaliser le dessin peuvent être citées en utilisant "figure1", "figure2", "figure3", "figure4", "figure5". Pour chaque image, leur auteur (ou des commentaires) peuvent être ajoutés par "user1", "user2", ...
Le modèle "Created with Inkscape" peut être ajouté grâce au paramètre "|ink=oui"; la catégorie "Created with Inkscape" sera alors également ajoutée.
- Author, Date, Permission, other_versions
Ces champs sont remplis comme dans le modèle {{Information}}.
- Catégories:
Les catégories ne sont pas ajoutées grâce à des paramètres du modèle, mais peuvent aisément être ajoutées manuellement, comme indiqué:
{{DEFAULTSORT:xxx}} permet de donner le nom (xxx) qui servira pour le classement alphabétique dans chaque catégorie.
Il est possible d'ajouter les catégories Coats of arms of yyy et SVG coats of arms - zzz en ajoutant [[Category:Coats of arms of yyy]] et [[Category:SVG coats of arms - zzz]]
