Freedom of panorama in Austria is similar to Germany, but there are a few differences: it includes also the publicly accessible interiors of buildings, and the photo does not need to have been taken from a public place (c.f. Hundertwasserentscheidung). Also, the law limits the provision to works of the "bildende Künste" (fine arts, applied arts, photography, and architecture, see §3(1)).
