Usage: This template is used when you want to propose to move contents from the current category to a <destination category>.

- <category:destination category> is the category where you intend to move the contents of the current category.
- <reason> is optional but highly recommended. Here, you can concisely explain the reason for your proposal. Don't forget to sign it (~~~~).
- <date> is optional but recommended. The date the request was made. Format YYYY-MM-DD, today is 2009-07-20
- <discussion page> is optional. The page where discussion about the move is taking place.
Pages using this template will be placed into Category:Requested moves.
