This template will categorize into Category:Requested moves.

Usage: This template is used when you want to propose to move contents from the current category to a <destination category>.

<category:destination category> is the category where you intend to move the contents of the current category.

<reason> is optional but highly recommended. Here, you can concisely explain the reason for your proposal. Don't forget to sign it (~~~~).

2009-11-26 today's date is optional but recommended. The date the request was made. If the date is missing, the category will end up in Category:Requested moves (date undefined). Format YYYY-MM-DD, today is 2009-11-26

<discussion page> is optional. The page where discussion about the move is taking place.

Note: Remove the carets < >. Also, brackets [[ ]] are not needed for the category and talk page wikilinks in parts 1 and 4 of the template. Brackets are needed for wikilinks in part 2 (reason).
