[edit] Syntax
Only OTRS volunteers should be adding the {{PermissionOTRS}} template.
- use {{PermissionOTRS|ticket=https://ticket.wikimedia.org/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketZoom&TicketID=807636}} when you know the URL of the OTRS ticket.
- use {{PermissionOTRS|id=2006101710008538}} when you only know the ID number.
- This function used to be accomplished by using {{PermissionOTRS-ID|2006101710008538}}.

This template is used to identify the OTRS ticket associated with the permission of a particular file. See Commons:OTRS for more information.
