Variables:
character = (unicode encoded character, e.g. 字) style = (the image style, e.g. bw, red) suffix = (the file suffix, e.g. png, gif)
strokes = (the stroke count) unicode = (unicode code point, e.g. 5B66) radical = (up to 3 radicals of this character separated by /, e.g. 口/⻖/氵)
date = (the date. defaults to a reference to the file history)
author = (the author, defaults to a reference to the file history)
licenses = (TODO: should we review these?)
info = (additional information which you would like to place in this file's description)
Set the following to any non-empty string if it is a redirect

testtemplate = set if you are just testing this template on any page other than an actual picture upload
