This template can be used to mark categories and galleries which main subject is in the public domain in the country where the subject is located at or originates from but copyrighted in the United States due to URAA restoration of copyright. Usually these subjects of copyright were published after 1928 and copyrighted in their countries of origin on January 1, 1996 (in the EU: author died after 1925).
