Usage: Use this template to add a reference to a taxon on the web site WRMS by providing the taxon id on WRMS.; If the taxon is a species or a subspecies, prefer Template:WRMS species (which does not display "+species list").; Note: This template can be used in conjunction with {{taxoconflict}}, {{taxa}}, {{genera}}, {{genera2}}, {{species}}, {{species2}} and {{subspecies}} with parameter "source=WoRMS", "source=FishBase & WoRMS" or "source=ITIS & WoRMS" (See here the different values for source)

Parameters

the id of the taxon on WRMS web site.

How to retrieve the id: In the url www.marinespecies.org/aphia.php?p=taxdetails&id=1130 the id is 1130

Sample (for Decapoda): 1130

The name of the taxon with its author

Warning: don't forget italic for genera.

Sample (for Decapoda): Decapoda Latreille, 1803

If the taxon is considered as unaccepted or synonym by ITIS, add nv.
