Correct. It means just what it says. It means that the referenced images cannot be used for any purpose other than what they are meant to be used for. My understanding is that it's not a licence at all, and all images with this template should also have a licence defining its copyright status. This template is only used to inform the reader about some laws regarding the use of any image conforming to the official heraldic description, but that has nothing to do with the copyright and licensing of a specific artistic representation of that description. —LX (talk, contribs) 00:59, 27 March 2007 (UTC)

Correct this template only informs about restriction (which may only apply in Sweden?) in addition to the copyright linked to the image (and described by another template). /Lokal_Profil 21:43, 6 August 2007 (UTC)
