Deutsch: Der Eiffelturm ist das Wahrzeichen von Paris und steht weltweit als Symbol für Frankreich. Der Stahlfachwerkturm ist nach seinem Erbauer Alexandre Gustave Eiffel benannt. Er ist eine der größten Touristenattraktionen mit mehr als 6 Millionen Besuchern jährlich. Im Jahr 2002 wurde der insgesamt 200-millionste Besucher empfangen.

English: The Eiffel Tower is an iron tower built on the Champ de Mars beside the River Seine in Paris. It is the tallest structure in Paris and among the most recognized symbols in the world. Named after its designer, engineer Gustave Eiffel, it is a premier tourist destination.

Français : La tour Eiffel est une tour de fer puddlé construite par Gustave Eiffel et ses collaborateurs pour l'Exposition universelle de 1889. Situé à l'extrémité du Champ-de-Mars, en bordure de la Seine, ce monument parisien, symbole de la France et de sa capitale est l'un des sites les plus visités du pays.

Română: Turnul Eiffel este o construcţie faimoasă de oţel din Paris, simbolul Franţei cel mai răspândit la nivel mondial. A fost denumit după Alexandre Gustave Eiffel, iniţial reticent asupra proiectului, care a devenit ulterior un mare susţinător al său şi a cumpărat brevetul. Turnul care poartă numele său, este una dintre principalele destinaţii turistice, cu mai mult de 6 milioane de vizitatori anual.
