I'm a 26 years old student coming from Germany that is driven by the vision turning Wikimedia Commons into the largest and best digital media repository of the world. So I settle for nothing else but total world domination. :p More personal information about me can be found at my user page in de.wikipedia (in German).

In case you need some help with deletion, protection, user rights etc. you are probably interested to know that I'm one of the admins of Wikimedia Commons that has bureaucrat and check user rights as well. Furthermore I am also part of the Commons:OTRS team which you need to contact for image release permissions.

If you want to flame about me abusing my rights please read "The Wrong Version" first... So please keep in mind that I'm no superman. Really.

Stuff

This is a totally incomplete list that just highlights potential usefull stuff for others:

• The images I uploaded so far can be found at User:Arnomane/Gallery
• Sometimes I blog about my stuff in my blog "[[content|comment]]" sometimes in German, sometimes in English.
• I wrote and improved several helper scripts for Commons such as MediaWiki:Extra-tabs.js and the now totally outdated first CheckUsage at User:Arnomane/Image usage.

To Do

Just a list for myself:

• Mail User:Arnomane/Requests to Commons:OTRS and change it in all images using it accordingly.
• Commons:Village_pump#Googling_Images_revisited, keep an eye on the issue, now partly solved with Mayflower
• Commons:Village_pump#Giant_Mass_Upload, need to solve it
• Commons:Village_pump#New_Edit_tools, try to find a other sorting than language
• Commons:Village_pump#Automatic_'nominate_for_deletion', fix the bugs and enhance it making just more than deletion requests
