I stumbled over your great photos while looking for pictures to use on Wikipedia.

Since you recently turned to licencing your phothos unter cc-by I wanded to ask if earlyer pictures can be used as cc-by as well.

Negociations completed[edit]

I emailed Zach Klein about the above conditions and he specifically disagreed with commercial reuse. Perhaps he will change his mind, but in the meantime, all the images on this page should be deleted. David.Monniaux 21:14, 11 January 2006 (UTC)

After showing to Mr Klein that our policies specifically prohibited noncommercial licenses, he agreed to let his photographs be used. He then agreed to a CC-BY license.
