Hey...
My name is Jack and I am a dirty, long-haired liberal atheist. I lived in Nottingham, where I was born in March 1988, and I now live in Edinburgh. Upon my discovery of Wikipedia, I quickly signed-up in October 2005.
I'm a science boy (and proud). Alumni of New College Nottingham, at which I took A-levels in chemistry, physics, biology. In September 2006 I joined the University of Edinburgh to read for a Master of Chemistry, but looks like a B.Sc. Biology would be easier and more fun. Some day I aim to call myself a polymath, but it'll take some effort, and if it gets in the way of me having an enjoyable life, screw it. Some day I'd like to "get away from it all". I live for now.
Preferring a close group of friends than a broad one, my interests involve abusing western society for its products; film, comfort, music, sex, drugs, the whole shebang. I like to keep an open mind, and happen to enjoy learning.
