I was born in Amsterdam in 1950 and have been living in Switzerland since 1955; actually I am living in Flurlingen near Schaffhausen. I have three children born from 1986 to 1990. I have studied mathematics and computer science at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zürich and have been working as a professor of maths and c.sc. educating engineers in Winterthur since 1991.
