This is a bot owned and used by O. This bot:
- Uploads en-masse for owner/operator as needed
- Does text replacing as requested
- Moves categories as requested and/or needed
- Adds the new date heading at the bottom of the village pump at 00:00 GMT every day
- Fixes non-empty category redirects several times a day (GMT, soon to be delegated to a specific bot)
