This Bot is operated by Schlurcher, if you want to contact me, please do it on my discussion page in the german Wikipedia de:Benutzer Diskussion:Schlurcher (in english or german). The Bot is designed to internationalise image descriptions mainly headers. This Bot will run automatically using AWB, but only intermittently.
