This bot will mainly be active in localization-related text replacements:
- replace strings like "own work" or "self-made" in the source parameter of the information template with "{{own}}". This allows the string to be shown in the language preferred by the user.
- replace local date formats with ISO 8601 date formats to allow to format the date in the format of the language preferred by the user.
