Ja, so ist es. Das Bild von Angela Merkel habe ich allerdings schon am Vorabend aufgenommen, als sie den Aachener Nachrichten/Aachener Zeitung ein kleines Interview gegeben hat. Für die Diskussion an der Uni habe ich leider keinen Platz mehr bekommen, obwohl ich mehr als eine halbe Stunde vor Einlass da war... Die beiden Fotos sind zwar nicht schlecht, aber insgesamt war die Ausbeute letztes Jahr doch besser. -- אx 07:47, 2 May 2008 (UTC)

Really sorry for the mistake, I have seen those images in a report not in the speedy deletion category and I deleted the image that wasn't used in other projects (the wrong one -.-'). Sorry, now I've deleted the right one and put a command on CommonsDelinker to replace the old image with the right one in the project where it's used.   •  Support Personally I prefer full body photos of persons rather than just portraits. But I must say that for the purpose og illustrating an infobox a smaller portrait fits better. And as a portrait of Juan Carlos I this is a rahter good one - especially when reminding how hard it can be to find free images of such persons. nichts für ungut, aber ich habe deine PR-Entfernung von meinem Riccardi-Bild revertiert. Denn auch Personen der Zeitgeschichte haben, jedenfalls in der deutschen Rechtsprechung, weiterhin Persönlichkeitsrechte (wenn sie sich auch mehr gefallen lassen müssen als der Normalbürger). Und falls du es nicht ohnehin weisst, das PR-Template ist an Re-user gerichtet, nicht auf die Wikimedia-interne Verwendung und bedeutet schon garnicht, dass das Bild hier nicht hochgeladen werden dürfte. Nun, die Länge ist ein "Problem" der deutschsprachigen Ausgabe, wie du im Vergleich zur engl. Fassung {{Personality rights/en}} sehen kannst. Aber grundsätzlich: da viele öffentliche Personen auch "Feinde" haben, sehe ich bei der Veröffentlichung solcher Bilder schon eine moralische Verpflichtung für uns, alles mögliche zu tun, um einen Mißbrauch der Bilder zwecks Herabsetzung o.ä. zu verhindern. --Túrelio (talk) 15:09, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
