If you want to request that your own images be deleted, there are ways to do it, and what you did at Image:Antimonárquico-fondo_negro.png was not the way to do it... AnonMoos 03:08, 25 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ask some admin, or at COM:VP, or open a full deletion nomination page, giving an explanation as to why the images should be deleted -- and ideally, the reason for the requested deletion should be better than that some people have pointed out problems with some of your uploads, so that you're withdrawing from Commons out of petulance, and want all your material to be deleted behind you. Hola Alfonso, vaya por delante que respeto el derecho de cada cual a decir lo que quiera. Ahora bien, cuanto en uso de tal derecho se trata de hurtar la verdad, la discusión para mí ha terminado.

Dijiste que habías sido censurado. Yo te dije que no, que habías sido bloqueado. Por supuesto que has sido bloqueado, ad infinitum, por lo que no le encuentro sentido a tu "precisión". Llámalo bloqueo, llámalo expulsión, yo nunca lo he negado. Por descontado te indiqué que has podido solicitar tu desbloqueo, cosa que no has hecho. Así que tus "quejas" pierden mucho valor. Sobre la supuesta "censura", después de leer tu blog (que curiosamente no permite comentarios) me reafirmo en mi impresión: tu post es una eximia entrada sobre lo que es manipulación. Después de toda tu plañidera queja sobre la supuesta censura se te "olvida" citar lo más importante, que ya te fue explicado: que el artículo fue borrado en aplicación de lo concluido en una consulta de borraro. Claro, si citas eso, que estabas recreando una entrada ya borrada según las políticas de wikipedia, que a pesar de haber sido avisado la recreaste al menos tres veces... entonces lo de la censura ya no es tan impactante. En fin, te agradecería que dejases de hacernos perder el tiempo.

Sobre las imágenes, pues resulta que cuando les colocaste la licencia de dominio público renunciaste a sus derechos de explotación (no así a los morales: autoría y demás). Por lo tanto ya no tienes ningún poder sobre ellas. Es como si regalas tu dinero y más tarde dices: "oigan, que he cambiado de opinión, devuélvanmelo". Pues claro, imposible. So, for your information: when you uploaded this pictures last year, you agreed to put them under a special licence. Licences can't be revoked. You have at that time decided to share some rights to your pictures. Just because something happened that you didn't like you are legally not allowed to revert your old decision. Your actions yesterday counted as vandalism since you not only uploaded a copyvio, but also destroyed pictures. You have been blocked 1 week to have time to cool down. If you still want to participate in the projekt and accept how licences work you can write me and I will unblock you.
