There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful informations about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.
- Hi, thanks for your note about the redirect. The fact that you came across the redirect I think proves the need to retain it :-). When a file is renamed or merged with another copy we automatically create redirect links. The delinker can not always change all instances of usage, and the filename may be referred to without actually wiki-linking to the page, and any non wiki[m/p]edia (other website) links from the rest of the internet can not be changed by us, so they have no easy way of finding the file again without retaining a redirect. One reason other websites may be linking to the file is to give proper attribution to the source of the file and its author, so it is important to us. The need for redirects is not understood by many users and even admins here, and yes the policy needs better documentation. Hope that helps :-) --Tony Wills (talk) 20:34, 16 May 2011 (UTC)
