The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the OTRS-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded (

This e-mail that was CCd to me seems to indicate that the image is posted in accordance with the rules, and is legit. Please remove the message accordingly!

Snippet follows: ... ... The current screenshot does probably meet our non-free content criteria. Since this ticket was sent to the "permissions" queue, I operated under the assumption that there was an attempt to license the Screenshot under a free license, such as CC-BY-SA.
The current screenshot is fine as-is and as far as I understand it no additional modification is required.
