Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Hallo CPWB, ich antworte mal auf Deutsch: Wenn Sylvia Rothblum alle Rechte an dem Bild gekauft hat, dann kann sie eine Freigabe senden. Siehe Commons:OTRS/de und speziell: Commons:Emailvorlagen#Einverst.C3.A4ndniserkl.C3.A4rung_.28Rechte-Inhaber.29 (sie wäre dann "b) Inhaber/in des vollumfänglichen Nutzungsrechts"). Hallo Saibo, sorry, dass ich jetzt erst antworte. Hab es erst nicht gemerkt und komme endlich mal dazu, mich genauer mit dem Thema zu beschäftigen. Inzwischen ist das Bild gelöscht. Wie gehe ich jetzt weiter vor? Ich kann diesen rechtenachweis gerne erstellen. Wohin muss er aber geschickt werden? Und formlos per Email? Sorry, bin ein ziemlicher Wikipedia Anfänger. Hallo CPWB, kein Problem - in jeder Hinsicht. Das Bild wird wiederhergestellt, sobald eine Freigabe da ist.

Wie auf Commons:OTRS/de beschrieben ist, kann und soll die Erklärung über die Rechte möglichst vom Inhaber der Rechte selbst and permissions-commons-dewikimedia.org geschickt werden. Verwende dazu den Formtext von Commons:Emailvorlagen#Einverst.C3.A4ndniserkl.C3.A4rung_.28Rechte-Inhaber.29 und passe ihn an (Option "b" trifft ja wohl zu Option "a" und "c" hingegen nicht - also entsprechend löschen). Ersetze außerdem {{{OBJEKTNAME}}} {{{Weblink/Quelle angeben}}} durch http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:Sylvia_Rothblum_klein.jpg

Sylvia Rothblum müsste dann nur noch Name und Datum eintragen (sozusagen unterschreiben) und die E-Mail abschicken.

Wichtig ist halt, dass Sylvia Rothblum auch wirklich die nötigen Rechte an dem Bild gekauft hat, die es ihr ermöglichen jedermann die Verwendung zu erlauben.

Wenn Sylvia Rothblum nicht weiß, wie das Foto, was du hier hochgeladen hattest, aussieht, kann ich es auch vorab wiederherstellen, wenn du möchtest. Ist vielleicht besser. Antworte nochmal bitte hier - dann stelle ich es vorab wieder her. Viele Grüße --Saibo (Δ) 16:13, 8 November 2011 (UTC)

Super, vielen Dank für deine Hilfe. Sylvia Rothblum hat die Erklärung jetzt per E-mail an die angegebene Adresse geschickt und ich bin gespannt, was passiert... Weißt du, wie lang es bis zur Wiederherstellung des Bildes dauert? --CPWB (talk) 11:24, 10 November 2011 (UTC)

Um 2011-11-10 14:49:57 (UTC) wurde die Datei schon wiederhergestellt. Es dauerte also ganze 3 Stunden. Aber: wie du auf der Dateiseite sehen kannst (blaues Ausrufezeichenschild), war die E-Mail wohl noch nicht ausreichend. Es sollte an Sylvia Rothblum eine Antwort mit Nachfrage gegangen sein.
