User talk:Cdang
From Wikimedia Commons, the free media repository
Thank you for providing images to the commons. Please keep in mind that images and other files on the commons must be under a free license and should be useful to the wikimedia projects. To allow others to use your files, some additional information must be given on the description page. Most importantly:
- Describe what it is about in a short sentence. (What does the image show?)
- State the author and the date of creation. If you made it yourself, say so explicitly. If it is from another wikipedia user link his local user page.
- If you did not create the file yourself, state the source you got it from.
- Add a Copyright tag - images without a appropriate license tag will be deleted.
- Add the image to one or more gallery pages and/or appropriate Categories, so it can be found by others.
If you copied the file from another wiki, please copy all information given there and say who uploaded it to that wiki.
It is recommended to use Template:Information to put that information on the description page. Have a look at Template talk:Information for details of the use of this template.
Please add as much information as possible. If there is not sufficient information, the file may have to be deleted. For more Information, have a look at Commons:Licensing, Commons:criteria for inclusion and the Community Portal. If you need help or have questions, please ask at the village pump. Thank you. -- Joolz 23:03, 12 July 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Image:Loi de bragg.png
Hello, Cdang! I just wanted to point out that in this image the angle of incidence is not equal to the angle of reflection. :) Could you please correct it?.. -- Koveras 09:41, 5 November 2005 (UTC)

Hi Cdang, are you sure you want the die faces to be transparent (not white), as well as the backgrounds?? --pfctdayelise (说什么?) 11:12, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Refraction
Hello Cdang, thank you for your nice picture "Refraction metaphore sport1.png" with the swimmer at the beach. For an international use I deleted the French words and painted a blue background for the sea. If you don't like it, just revert the image. Greetings from Germany! --Kdkeller 01:42, 23 December 2007 (UTC)

We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry. If you created this image, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. [edit] Image:Fixation plaque isostatique.svg
Bonjour,

I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikimedia Commons (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page. If the content is a derivative of a copyrighted work, you need to supply the names and a licence of the original authors as well.
If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag, then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use GFDL to release it under the multilicense GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or PD-self to release it into the public domain. See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have uploaded other media, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find all your uploads using the Gallery tool. Thank you.

There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful informations about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

[edit] Strukturbericht
Are you planning to add files to this gallery? If not it would seem to be out of scope and probably better suited at a wikipedia project than here at Commons. Regards, Finn Rindahl (talk) 11:59, 2 April 2009 (UTC)

Hello Cdang!
Thank you for providing images to Wikimedia Commons. Commons images are used by editors on many projects in many languages. Each image is put into categories. This helps other editors find them. Please add categories to each image you upload.
To add an image to a category, add the following code to the end of the page.
-
For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbit of comets, add the following to the image description page:
-
-
This will make the diagram show up in the categories: Astronomy diagrams, Comets.
For further information on categories read Commons:Categories.
The CommonSense Tool often helps you find the best category for your image.
Here is a gallery of your images. Please check that each image has a category. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the help desk. Thank you.

(Maybe you should answer in English, I'm just exercising my French. Could be possible that I dont understand you :) Cordialement, Amtiss (talk) 15:07, 8 June 2009 (UTC)

Salut, y'avait longtemps !
Attention, cannelure s'écrit avec 2 "n" mais les « canelés » bordelais (pâtisseries fort appréciées dans la région) n'en prennent qu'un !
