Hi there,
I notice you delete Image:YosriNov2004BotolBudu.jpg as Derivative work. Do you have any proof? This is because, I'm the one who take the photo and upload it. If anyone else claim otherwise, I sure as hell like to knock some sense into them. Yosri 13:23, 27 May 2008 (UTC)

Hi Yosri, I deleted the image because it shows a product and containing the logos nd the design of the product. Please read Commons:Derivative works ChristianBier 14:30, 27 May 2008 (UTC)

1. The logo is not shown in full, due to the shape of the bottle. (Unless you can tell me what is the actual brand name of that budu....)

2. It is in low resolution, logo is blur.

3. I have read this - If I take a photograph of a kid who is holding a stuffed Winnie the Pooh toy, does Disney own the copyright in the photo since they own the Pooh design?

No. Disney does not hold the copyright on the photo. There are two different copyrights to be taken into account, that of the photographer (concerning the photo) and that of Disney (the toy). You have to keep those apart. Yosri 14:20, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

Logo ?

Mal wieder was zu meckern: das Image:Wappen Fröndenberg Ruhr.png sieht eher wie ein Logo aus, denn in der nagelneuen Hauptsatzung, § 2 der Stadt liest man nichts von geschachtem Schildfuß und nichts von Rot-Gold-Teilung. Das Image:Stadtwappen der Stadt Fröndenberg (Ruhr).png ist zwar nicht schön, hält sich aber die Blasonierung. gruss Geograv 04:15, 2 June 2008 (UTC)

Stimmt, Hier steht auch : Die Stadt Fröndenberg/Ruhr kommt diesem Wunsch mit einem eigens entwickelten Wappenzeichen nach, da das Stadtwappen selbst als geschütztes Hoheitszeichen nicht durch Dritte verwendet werden darf. Sie können das Wappenzeichen kostenlos und genehmigungsfrei downloaden und verwenden. Bei nicht vertretbarer Verwendung zieht jedoch der Bürgermeister diese allgemeine Genehmigung zurück. Also ein Logo, nicht das Wappen. Ist das richtige Wappen denn immernoch gemeinfrei ? Knorrepoes 06:31, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
