Thanks for contacting me. The image can't be used under that license since I only asked for the author's permission to use that particular image (the one I uploaded). If we wanted to use the other one, we'd have to ask for the author's permission to release it under a free license. I'd figure rather than asking the author for another image of the actress in the same location, we should look to other authors to provide a different/better/more recent image of her.
