|Image deletion warning||Image:Claudio_Rodríguez_Fer.JPG has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.
If you created this image, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue.
I undeleted the first image and add it in the deletion request. Please add your comments there: Commons:Deletion requests/Image:Claudio Rodríguez Fer.JPG. Thanks, Yann (talk) 19:32, 2 October 2008 (UTC)

thanks for your feedback. In portrait images often there are two questions to check: 1) if it is not a famous person, the person must have agreed to publishing the image (that differs somewhat from country to country); 2) has really the uploader taken the image?
The problem with your images is that they are both found on other websites (, ) and that both files don't have any metadata (EXIF data). Of course, that raises the suspicion that the images are not made by the uploader himself but simply copied from a website. And as the content of websites is always copyrighted, if not explicitely stated otherwise, that results in a copyright violation. In your note on my talkpage you stated that take "the responsibility for publishing". But it is still open, who took these photographs. Did you really take them by yourself? If yes, then please state so, and could you add the information about when the photos were taken and could you upload a somewhat larger version of Image:Claudio Rodríguez Fer.JPG. If no, please say so, because otherwise Commons might be legally sued by the original photographer or by the copyright holder. --Túrelio (talk) 12:12, 3 October 2008 (UTC)
