Hi, because this is a derivative from a MC'Donalds package. You aren't the copyright holder from the design of it ;) Lugusto • ҉ 20:33, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

I unfortunately don't have a good English skill to write to you a reply related to diferences between a derivative work designed to typify a general object (a single book on a table) or a more specif object, but I think that you can search for it in the discussion archives from Commons.
