Uploading images that you not created yourself to your own flickr account is a violation of the flickr terms of use. Licensing them under any license is a copyright violation because only the copyright holder, not some random other person, can license something. Forwarding the illegitimate uploaded, illegitimately licensed image from Flickr to Commons is called flickr washing and of course not accepted here. Here, as well as on flickr, you can upload files that you created yourself, files that the copyright holder released under a free license allowing for unrestricted reuse, worldwide, including commercial reuse or files that are public domain due to copyright expiration (e.g. published <1923 or the photographer died >70 years ago). --Martin H. Und File:Carmenhart-cavr-award.jpg zufolge hätte ich dir auch auf Deutsch schreiben können. "kein Copyright" ist unsinn, jedes Bild ist urheberrechtlich geschützt für die Lebenszeit des Urhebers und 70 Jahre nach dessen Tod. Siehe auch COM:CB#Internet_images. --Martin H.
