File:Lee Hi.jpg [edit]Hello, File:Lee Hi.jpg is not a copyvio, because the image is not mere an advertisement what Sreejith K said, but is from LG's official Flickr account licensed under cc-by license. please see a similar case: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File_talk:Super_junior111.jpg --Puramyun31 (talk) 03:11, 15 May 2013 (UTC)
OTRS permission [edit]Hi, this permission is only valid for File:The Big Green Pocketbook, written and illustrated by Felicia Bond, children's book illustrator.jpeg. There are several unprocessed tickets in the queue for other files, I'm currently working on it. Jcb (talk) 10:50, 15 May 2013 (UTC)
File:Olga Behar.JPG [edit]Hi! I recieved an e-mail notificating that you deleted a photo (Olga Behar.JPG) that I upload on wikimedia commons because of Copyright permissions. However, I do believe that my use of the image was not inadequate due to it is a justified use. and also, I put in the commentaries of the photo the sourse and moment of the video. Actually it is just a piece of the video, so I do not really see why it should be prohibited. Anyways I would like ypu to share your reasosn to do it. But seriously I would love if you understand my point of view and let me put the photo again, I repeat, I think it is a justified use of the pic. Thanks for your consideration. —Preceding unsigned comment added by LinaD12 (talk • contribs) 13:21, May 15, 2013 (UTC)
File:AI NGBA.jpg [edit]I'm new to wikipedia, so i'm not sure why the image was removed. It is an album cover for the band that I am creating a page for. The artwork is for a band that I am working with, and not copywrited. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jenering (talk • contribs) 16:14, May 17, 2013 (UTC)
What if I am the copyright holder? How do I show you evidence of that? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jenering (talk • contribs) 12:41, May 18, 2013 (UTC)
Care to comment? [edit]Hi INeverCry, User:Jcb recently advised me to not to appeal for blocks against group usernames here. Since I have invoked a block action by you in the discussion, will you please comment in the discussion? TIA Rahul Bott (talk) 05:07, 18 May 2013 (UTC)
thanks [edit]thank-you for the reply & restoring the image. if i remember correctly the other image was a logo or something; i do remember there was some reason i didn't include it in the comment. i'm sorry for the delay in following-up here, i try not to spend too much of my time on "behind the scenes" stuff @ wikis; it gets too involved & sucks up too much of my time & effort. usually i try to just comment & move on; maybe check back a month later, if i remember... cheers, Lx 121 (talk) 09:03, 18 May 2013 (UTC) Autoportrait Hubertine Heijermans [edit]Hello INeverCry, I can understand that a mistake might happen when a painter makes a 'Selfportrait'. The image I am talking about is just that, but in french it is called 'Autoportrait'. The reason that I probably make a mistake for which I am sorry, is that I corrected the image myself, because it was too dark and my computer slightly disformed it, which I corrected. I did not know how the same person goes about a painting of himself. But how can another person upload my own selfportrait? Thanks for an answer, I will appreciate, because the portrait is 54 years ago, an oilpainting painted by the young girl I was. Now I am old I see it suddenly deleted, but the rules are the rules, and I did not know it is difficult for paintings I make of my own face. Best greetings --Kalaharih (talk) 13:12, 18 May 2013 (UTC)
Deletion question [edit]Best INeverCry, Could you explain why the pictures "Muziekinstrumenten, Grote schelp and Wandkleed Vlinder" has been deleted. I don't understand becourse i am the one who has taken these pictures and I am the person who own the rights of these works. With best regards, Bas Dekker —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bettyscheer (talk • contribs) 14:46, May 18, 2013 (UTC)
