- Pues dos opciones:
- Sigues el procedimiento indicado en Commons:Modelos de mensajes (es el famoso OTRS).
- Señalas claramente en la web que esa foto (y no necesariamente el resto) tiene una licencia libre de las aceptadas en Commons.

Please do not upload logos on Commons. These are both covered by copyright, and trademarks, which makes them doubly problematic.
We have no indication that the "Smiling sun antinuclear logo" is Free in any way.
