KJELL DAHLBERG. Inventor. Born in Goteborg Sweden 03-03-1934.Founder of the Company DAHLBERG.SA in Mallorca Spain. He started as Car Electrician and then Marine Electrician. In the Swedish Marine School received the Skipper license and Marine Engineer license. He made his military service as Frogman. In 1961 he started in Mallorca a Repair service business for Yachts and Powerboats. He was agent for General Motors Marine Department, B&G Electronics and Neco Autopilots. Sealand Technology Inc accepted him as Inventor with the U.S. Patent US 6.374.431 B1.He dedicated many years in private investigation of Oscillating Tail propulsion. Now retired from his boat business he is spending his time and effort in resolving and understand the secret of the propulsion of Birds, Bats and flying Insects.
