Entschuldige, ich habe von mir auf andere geschlossen. Ich habe nichts dagegen, wenn andere meine Tippfehler korrigieren. Hast Du gesehen, was ich konkret geändert habe? Es ging lediglich um die korrekte Schreibung eines Namens, effektiv ein einziger fehlender Buchstabe. Wenn Du deswegen böse bist, tut mir das natürlich leid. Ich habe im Bewußtsein gehandelt, dass ich der Qualität Deiner Seite damit nicht schade, und die Aussage auch nicht verändere, ansonsten hätte ich keinesfalls gewagt, einen Edit durchzuführen. Ich kann es natürlich auch gerne rückgängig machen, falls Du das nicht selbst schon erledigt hast. Kommt auf jeden Fall nicht wieder vor. I took this image at this page. When I did this I was sure the image had its license. Now even at pt.wikipedia it's licensed anymore, and I don't know why. You can delete the image, I'll make one similar and license it correctly. Thank you. - Drandstrom 04:55, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

Hi, du hast einen Löschantrag (eigentlich Copyrightwarnung) bei Image:Austria ooe.svg eingetragen, formal sicherlich zu recht. Der betroffene Benutzer hat mehr oder weniger zeitgleich - im Minutenabstand - die Bilder von mehrere Österreichkarten hinaufgeladen, wo jeweils ein Bundesland markiert war. [2]. Alle diese Bilder stellte er unter die GFDL (etwa: [3], [4] oder [5]), bei Oberösterreich hat er das aber offenbar vergessen (Eingabefehler, es scheint mir offensichtlich zu sein dass er auch hier die GFDL vergeben wollte). Ist es ok, wenn ICH hier die GFDL nachtrage (mit Verweis auf diesen offensichtlichen Eingabefehler) oder kann das NUR der User selber machen (was, wenn der hier nicht rechtzeitig rein schaut)? --Wirthi 21:38, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

Hallo, Ich kann nich verstehen wieso du das Bild gelöscht hast ? Ich habe eindeutig angegeben gehabt, dass das bild aus dem Bildarchiv des Nationalpark Harz stammt. Ich lösche keine Bilder, ich bin schließlich kein Administrator. Ich markiere ausschließlich solche, die nicht den Anforderungen an Lizenz- und Freigabebedingungen der Commons nachkommen. Bei deinem Bild stand möglicherweise dabei, dass das Bild freigegeben sei, aber möglicherweise war dies nicht eindeutig? Generell muss die Quelle und die Freigabe des Bildes nachvollziehbar sein. Wenn das Copyright des Bildes bei dem Nationalpark liegt und dieser zugestimmt hat, dann sollte der Nationalpark dies mit einer Mail an OTRS bestätigen und dies sollte dann auf der Bildseite vermerkt werden. Dies soll dich jedoch nicht entmuntern hier weiter mitzuarbeiten. Stelle das Bild einfach korrekt neu ein - zur Überarbeitung des Bildes hattest du schließlich auch zwei Wochen Zeit. seit kurzem gibt es die Category:Commons as a media source, in der diejenigen Commons-Dateien gelistet werden, die von Medien (im weitesten Sinne) gebraucht (re-used) worden sind. Da ich nicht weiß, welches der vielen Bilder auf der von dir erwähnten Seite archive.wn.com/2008/01/12/1400/healthrepublic/ von dir ist, wäre es nett, wenn du auf der Disku des entsprechenden Bildes folgende Vorlage (bitte entsprechend ausfüllen) selbst einfügen könntest. (Bei deinem anderen Bild habe ich das bereits gemacht, wenngleich die kreuz.net-URL vom Spamfilter blockiert wird.)

Hallo, ich bemerke erst jetzt, dass das Bild, wo du mich vor einer Woche angesprochen hast, gelöscht wurde. Ich habe, so weit wie ich mich erinnern kann, das Jahr der Erstellung angegeben. Hallo Koernerbroetchen,
warum hast du meine cat zu Image:Cheryl Chin Wiki.jpg revertiert (zudem unkommentiert)? Wenn du in die history schaust, kann du sehen, dass ich das Bild als unfreies Flickr-Bild[9] gefunden hatte. Daraufhin hat der Uploader behauptet, es sei seins[10], meine Frage, ob er es auch selbst aufgenommen hat, aber bislang nicht beantwortet. Und bei einem User, der gerade mal 1 Bild hochgeladen hat, das zudem von einer Schauspielerin ist und recht professionell wirkt, bin ich ziemlich skeptisch. --Túrelio (talk) 13:00, 27 June 2008 (UTC)

Bonjour, j'avais choisi "Usage complètement libre, pas de restrictions, pas de copyright, pas de licence" ou je ne sais plus comment ça s'appelle (comme je le fais à chaque fois), mais peut-être qu'au cours de manipulations l'info a disparu, et là, ça fait 10 muinutes que j'essaie de comprendre comment on peut réaccéder à ce champ pour le re-renseigner, mais pas moyen. I am a new comer of Wikimedia commons. A question I want to ask, but I don't know where and who I should ask. As you had left a message to me and notify me some mistakes when I upload photo, I choose to ask you. Please specify: »however, the picture seems can only put in en«. A picture that is uploaded to Wikimedia Commons can be used everywhere in every Wiki. Tell me whether it is your own work or not!? Maybe you made a screenshot of it and cropped it, but this is not enough to call it "own work". So you cannot give the images a license like Creative Commons. I do not know whether the images are PD because they are a work of a US-Gov, but then the license would be {{PD-USGov}} or something. They are public domain. They were created by the U.S. Census. There must be thousands of maps on wiki commons of townships and counties in the U.S. that have been taken from the U.S. Census' website and modified. Dincher (talk) 14:19, 3 July 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Notice of namespace-rename "Image" -> "File"

Dear user, the MediaWiki developers recently announced that the "Image:" namespace is going to be renamed to "File:". "Image:" will remain an alias. The canonical namespace name wgCanonicalNamespace will change from "Image" to "File".

I noticed that you use wgCanonicalNamespace in either your monobook.js page or a JavaScript file in your userspace (check this list).

Please check and replace all occurrences of

wgCanonicalNamespace == "Image"

with

wgNamespaceNumber == 6
