Possibility of batches ? [edit]

Hi luxo, could you cast your eyes on Commons:Deletion_requests/Files_uploaded_by_Microtoerisme#Files_uploaded_by_Microtoerisme_.28talk_.C2.B7_contribs.29; a batch removal of the bottom lines would be extremely helpful. Thank you. --Foroa (talk) 07:47, 18 March 2013 (UTC)

More problems with Derivative FX [edit]

I'm sure you know this already but something's wrong with DFX. I tried to upload a derivative of File:PIA16874-CobeWmapPlanckComparison-20130321.jpg and couldn't get past the first screen. But it's a great tool when it works, and for that I'm thankful. I'm using IE9/Win7, by the way. Oh, and please note that license, with an 's', is a verb (as in 'licensed restaurant') and licence, with a 'c', is a noun (as in 'driving licence'). Regards, nagualdesign (talk) 02:29, 25 March 2013 (UTC)

And here I thought I was going crazy or something! I am not sure how the tool is supposed to work since I've never used it before, but I'm pretty sure it is not doing what it is supposed to. I can get past the "Ok - I'm logged in" check, but once I do, all I get is a text form with the text "File:" in it, and the text "License of this file: please add name". No links, no nothing. All I have is a button saying "Add more original files" which only gives another pair of the same nonfunctional upload items, and a disabled button labeled "Ok - next". Entering text on the form does nothing. I have Firefox 15 (I'm not sure if it might be an issue, being an older version and all), I'm on Ubuntu 12.04, and I have NoScript with authorization to execute scripts from both wikimedia.org and toolserver.org. I hope this helps! - Ana Sofia Paixão (talk) 22:17, 27 April 2013 (UTC)

Rotatebot? [edit]

Has it stopped? No changes for a couple days now. 75.41.109.190 18:04, 27 March 2013 (UTC)

thanks, hes back to work!--Luxo 21:01, 30 March 2013 (UTC)

Hallo Luxo. Nachdem der Rotatebot mal ein paar Stunden nicht lief, merkte man gleich, was hier fehlt. Mit anderen Worten: an dieser Stelle mal vielen dank für diesen tollen Service! Marcus Cyron (talk) 02:24, 31 March 2013 (UTC)

CropBot redirecting to HTTPS [edit]

Hi, I'm using CropBot (wonderful tool !) and Commons using HTTPS ; when CropBot has finished cropping and refreshing the thumbnail, I'm redirected to the simple HTTP commons page of the picture. Could you re-enable (I think it worked earlier) the HTTPS redirection ? Thanks. JeanBono (talk) 12:24, 10 April 2013 (UTC)

Issue with derivativeFX [edit]

FYI, I attempted to upload a derivative of File:Jeff Galloway 2.JPG - derivativeFX reports "no valid license found", though the file is tagged with {{PD-USGov-Military-Air Force}}. Kelly (talk) 16:19, 29 April 2013 (UTC)

If I may add, I've never been able to use dfx, I've always 'bounced off' it's counter-intuitive interface entirely, I appreciate your effort with the useful important tool, but it makes my skin crawl to even think of using it now. The first and foremost problem is it confuses every image. If you label something by saying 'please enter the name of the image that has pixels in it' and then have another label 'please enter the name of the image that has resolution' and 'please enter the name of the image meant to be viewed' you see how that is confusing ? That is exactly the problem it creates where it says something like 'please enter the name of the original image' that's where I leave entirely and for good and always have. I don't like to even think of it. (please put any reply on my tp) Penyulap 03:56, 13 May 2013 (UTC)
