I found that the official name of the town is "Huarte/Uharte", so the category:Huarte will be renamed as category:Huarte/Uharte. I moved also category:Santesteban to category:Doneztebe/Santesteban which is its official name. I don't want to perturb you work (by the way you are making a very good job), i'm just ordering the pictures of cities and villages in Navarra, and try to name the corresponding categories with their official name. Describe what it is about in a short sentence. (What does the image show?)

Thank you for providing images to Wikimedia Commons. Commons images are used by editors on many projects in many languages. Each image is put into categories. This helps other editors find them. Please add categories to each image you upload.

To add an image to a category, add the following code to the end of the page.

[[Category:Category Name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbit of comets, add the following to the image description page:

[[Category:Astronomy diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories: Astronomy diagrams, Comets.

For further information on categories read Commons:Categories.

The CommonSense Tool often helps you find the best category for your image.

Hola Miguillen, igual estoy equivocado pero échale un vistazo a los mapas de la Cuenca de Pamplona que has generado para los infobox de los municipios. Creo que hay un error porque el pueblo de Cizur Menor, que es un enclave pertenciente a la Cendea de Cizur entre Pamplona y Zizur Mayor y no lo veo por ningún lado. [edit] Retoques escudos

Gracias. Pretendía introducir pequeñas mejoras de las figuras y bordes de los escudos españoles basandome en tus trabajos y en los del usuario Sancho Panza. Al incorporar en el artículo Escudo de España el escudo de Carlos III y Felipe V con las dos órdenes, destacaba la calidad de los leones y los bordes de estos dos con el resto y por eso introduje modificaciones en otros. Además desde el taller también estais modificando castillos y leones de muchos escudos por estas últimas figuras de mucha calidad. Pero sí logicamente es mejor que no proliferen archivos y que las mejoras las hagais preferentemente los autores de los mismos.

En España ha sido muy frecuente colorear de gules los leones blasonados de purpura , por eso también introduje una copia del Escudo de Carlos III del usuario Sancho Panza con este cambio y dos versiones del escudo de Felipe V con los dos collares que he realizado yo con vuestras figuras. Cito las fuente de este hecho en la caja de estos archivos, esta imprecisión fue frecuente a partir de los Austrias y al haber sido más habitual en el pasado que los leones figuraran de gules introduje en los artículos la copia y no el escudo original de Sancho. También por el contraste he utilizado este escudo para realizar las armas de Alfonso XIII de 1931.

[edit] Orden de Carlos III

Te pediría un favor. Estoy tratando de hacer las insignias de la Orden de Carlos III. He utilizado algunas figuras de Commons y tengo problemas porque no dominio todavía el programa. En las imágenes me aparecen unas marcas negras, creo que provinen del archivo de la Cruz del Espiritu Santo que use como base también para el tamaño de estas cruces.

No sé cómo eliminar estas marcas y además tengo problemas con el lema de la orden que figura en pequeño en la parte inferior del centro, no logro dar forma circular a estas palabras y he tenido muchos problemas para lograr incluirlas, aunque en una imagen las letras aparecen mal. Me gustaría saber cómo solucionar estos problemas, e incluso si quisieras corregir tu mismo estos archivos cuando pudieses estaría muy bien, ya que cruz del Espiritu Santo está pensada para incluirla con un tamaño pequeño en Heráldica, por eso no he logrado dar la apariencia de condecoraciones a estas imágenes. Esto ya sería demasiado para mí porque no controlo ni el dibujo ni el programa lo sufiente para hacerlo.

[edit] Corona de grandes de España

He visto que en esta imagen y otras de escudos de Grandes de España, aparecen timbradas con una corona de infante, con puntas rematadas con perlas entre los florones y no de duque, que es la que utilizan con estas puntas sin decorar. Ruego que se corrija en la medida de lo posible este pequeño error en esta imagen File:Manto grande de España.svg y en las de los escudos de grandes de España.

He visto que muchos escudos de municipios aparecen clasificados en la categoría por la heráldica nobiliaria de la que proceden sus blasones, me he dado cuenta que en estos casos lógicamente no debe modificarse la corona real abierta o de infantes cuando figura en su timbre. Sin embargo hay algunos escudos puramente nobiliarios que tienen el error en la corona, he encontrado dos, los indico para ayudar:

File:Coat of arms of the House of Alvarez de Toledo, duchy of Alba de Tormes, Grandee of Spain.svg y File:COA Tellez Giron (Duchy of Osuna).svg. Como veas, lo cierto es que es complicado a veces acoplarse al funcionamiento de Commons. Una cosa que te quería comentar, para fomentar un Commons multilingüe, ¿podrías utilizar el formato AÑO-MES-DIA cuando subas fotos en lugar de Dia/mes/año? Hola Miguillen, me he encontrado con que una IP incluyó este imagen tuya (al menos lo es la primera versión) en el artículo Ágreda. Conozco el escudo de la localidad y es el que he restituido en el artículo, ¿de dónde has obtenido esta imagen? está mucho más trabajado, pero desgraciadamente no es el escudo oficial que se ve en las banderas y en los impresos oficiales.
