User talk:Habitualentrepreneur[edit]

I just received your notifications and re-flagging my photos/licensing I just made an attempt to address. I am unclear as to why I am in a seemingly circular fight with folks on this website over the photos. Initially, yes, I uploaded them without information to copyright because I did not know which licenses to attach (this is my first time editing on Wikipedia so please tread lightly), saw the notifications and went to address the issues and clear the warnings accordingly.

If my updates are not sufficient, can you (because no one has to this point) taken even one second to inform me what I am doing incorrectly here. I actually work for the organization the photos are in reference to and to whom they all belong to. We WANT to put these images in the public domain for use on this Wikipedia page being constructed and have the rights to so with the as we wish, so why are we not being allowed to use them here? If this is simply an issue of citing the correct usage, we own the photos, have the right to issue/use them as we see fit and desire me to be included on the article being constructed.... So can you please share with me what my options are exactly so I don't have to keep having these circular conversations please?

I understand the flagging and all the documentation but to be honest it gets a bit confusing and overwhelming when someone comes and drops all these things on your work and says fix it now or it's gone and doomed forever. Bottom line: I have a desire to understand and do this correctly going forward, have the control to issue these images under whatever license is most appropriate and want them included on the article, tell me what I need to do please.

I do not understand your decision, please could you explain the problem? You say "if you believe this file is not a copyright violation, please explain why on the file's talk page." I did so, giving proof of the authenticity of the rights holder and the licence (CC-BY-SA.3.0), but you ignored it and deleted anyway! What more should I have done to indicate the facts?

File:Interview with Rolf-Dieter Heuer 2009 - 8.jpg[edit]

I do not understand your decision, please could you explain the problem? You say "A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file", but the source points precisely at an official URL of the rights holder which indicates the file is licences under CC-BY-SA.3.0 What more should I have done to indicate the facts?

"Copyright Violation" and Removal of Warnings[edit]

Removal of Virtual Double Mirror.jpg[edit]

I made this image myself by running Windows XP in VirtualBox and then connecting from it to the main Windows 7 computer via Teamviewer.
How can I make it so it is evident that it is original work?
Or is it because its a screenshot of the Windows 7/XP OS without written permission to publish the screenshot? or something..

Removal of Nieuport 17 Украинской Галицкой Армии.jpg[edit]

I made this image myself. All claims are stupid

I didn't remove any warnings only the tutorial dialog from my talk page. I didn't see anywhere on it saying it was a warning. I removed it because I know how to edit because this is my secondary account. Either that or you are just posting a warning dialog to say not to remove the warning dialog you just posted.

I fail to see the point of just posting that unless its just general automated advice. Even so, isn't it just unnecessarily cluttering and spamming somewhat if the user hasn't actually offended?

Commons:Deletion requests/File:Rethinking Education.pdf[edit]

Hi Motopark. I would like to request you to read the contents of this file that you have marked for deletion. This is an original essay on education. It does indeed contain 2 links inside it, but the content of the essay talks about the videos at the 2 links. The 2 links point to talks on education and business by Sugato Mitra and Dan Pink. They are not affiliated with me. If you take the time to read the essay and watch the two talks, I hope you will find that the material presented in the essay is educational. Since this is original, educational, and not plain-text (see the grading system proposed towards the end of the essay), I would like to request you to reconsider the deletion. Cheers.

Flagged Pictures - NO COPYRIGHT RULES BROKEN[edit]

Dear Motopark.

You have flagged all and even removed some of my pictures. I made all the pictures in photoshop, and the only other source I uploaded it to is Imgur. There are no copyright violations, if all the content is original, if I am the creator and if I posted these pictures. Why are the pictures still flagged?

  • I am a newbie, but I would just like to know where I went wrong ... Thanks!*

Self promoting?[edit]

I'm confused, I see pictures of movie stars, what they are doing, and many other artists, I am sharing a story about a person and his achievements. I removed the links, what else should I do.,_February,_2014.jpg[edit]

I've already addressed this, based on the previous instructions. I have just address this again with the new directions and an email is sent.

Ferrocarriles Nacionales de México[edit]

Sorry for the delay.

But in no time I awarded authorship , the description indicated that it was based on a coat of a government company that no longer exists, not even as an entity or company, and that coat was no longer used by the company for 1980 , and as I no longer even the old people who work in the company remembers whether there was any author , and not to ask who the OTRS - permission ? .

I consider a case such as this would then explain the basis : And And % 28linear % 29.svg

Author Https://

He says the work is the:

"Official version of the Coat of Arms of the United Mexican States or Mexico , Adopted September 16th, 1968 by Decree ( Published August 17th 1968). The previous version of the coat of arms was a little different. It was redesigned to be even more resplendent due to the upcoming 1968 Mexico City Olympic Games. ( Sic ) "

But then indicates that the source is a private company U.S. giving a Copyright ( # cop) .

Where two people who are not the authors of the work, since both and according to Mexican law are not the owners of the work or display permits the Secretary of the Interior of Mexico for reproduction must not refer to the original work , I mean .

Article of Mexican law that relate to the shield is not eligible for protection is poorly displayed as the text says: Article 14 - . They are not the subject of copyright protection as referred to this Act:

VII. Reproductions or imitations without authorization , shields , flags or emblems of any country , state, county or equivalent political subdivision , or the names, acronyms, symbols or emblems of international governmental organizations , non-governmental , or any other organization officially recognized and the verbal description thereof;

As they say at the outset that it is a reproduction or imitation, without authorization, a coat of a country, and hence particular as Alex Covarrubias, site or I can not register as a original work ( as my shield deleted).

Who Authorizes?[edit]

The Ministry of the Interior of Mexico (Secretaria de Gobernación), based on the.

ARTICLE 55 . Compete at the Interior Ministry to monitor compliance with this Act; ... Since the work must meet the following condition to be considered the "Official version of the Coat of Arms of the United Mexican States or Mexico ( Sic ) "

ARTICLE 5. Any reproduction of the Coat of Arms shall faithfully conform to the model referred to in Article 2 through . of this Act, which shall not be varied or altered under any circumstances.

And that Article 2 says:

ARTICLE 2. third paragraph. A model of the Coat of Arms , authenticated by the three branches of government , shall remain deposited in the General Archive of the Nation , one at the National Museum of History and one in the Mint .

This is the official version

Located in the National Museum of History of Mexico.

And as you can see is not exactly like the version shown in Wikipedia, by princio claws and color of the eagle.

Neither, Alex Covarrubias or indicate is a Official Reproduction , contrary Alex Cobarrubias indicated as source both of which made the PNG version and this I derive the SVG version . And does not indicate the source or permission.

That you indicate me if you can be taken the same legal basis , because unlike them does not exist at present no body to which order the OTRS - permission .

Ultimately you could put this consideration of this person.

Spanish version on my page not to saturate yours. Sorry for my English language.

Thank you. --Sarumo74 (talk) 10:04, 12 March 2014 (UTC)
