Well, the thing is that some images of wikimedia (such as project logos, wiki awards and other symbols) show the copyright icon and the message: "This file is copyrighted by the Wikimedia Foundation. It includes an official logo or design and (notwithstanding any other statements) has not been licensed under the GFDL. Use of the file is subject to the Wikimedia visual identity guidelines and requires permission.". For that reason I want to ask you how do I get this 'permission' to use some of the images, for example; if I am creating a new wiki award or I want to put interwiki links to my other userpages between wikimedia sister projects using icons. That disturbed me that we have only a template for the license without other information. But Jastrow answered me, and I consider that it belongs to us to place a template information and to fill the missing data (source, author...)

In French, because I'm not really good in English... Cette fois-ci, comme l'indiquait Jastrow, les données Exif étaient présentes et on a pu constater que la photo a été prise avec un appareil amateur et que la personne était sûrement de bonne foi. Ce qui me posait problème, c'était surtout les nombreux copyvios que ça pouvait entraîner et qui auraient été moins détectables selon moi. Vis à vis du droit d'auteur, je trouvais également plus juste de préciser clairement, dans les champs adéquats, oui, j'en suis bien l'auteur et il s'agit d'un travail personnel.

Il ne faut pas oublier non plus que la formulation du modèle PD-Self peut être modifiée à tout moment, en supprimant par exemple Moi, créateur de cette œuvre...

Mais c'est ok, je ne mettrai plus {{no source since}} pour ce genre de cas à l'avenir (sauf si ça me paraît réellement douteux). Okki (talk) 04:07, 31 July 2009 (UTC)

Un peu comme ces deux photos (ici et là), soit disant PD-Self, alors qu'on les retrouve sur le site officiel de l'actrice (ici et là). Dans le premier cas il n'y a que le bandeau licence, et dans le second, on entend parler d'un John Marshall, sans qu'on sache s'il s'agit ou non de Enewshound. C'est pour ça que je préfère que tous les champs soient bien remplis et qu'il y ai le maximum d'informations possibles. Okki (talk) 11:32, 31 July 2009 (UTC)

Hi, you can use Inkscape for example (that's what I made it with, it's free and open source). Anything that can edit SVG should do the trick, though. NielsF ^{? (en, nl, fr, it)} 22:00, 17 November 2009 (UTC)
