[edit] Please do not change the size of images

Please do not reduce the physical size of an image. The server does this automaticallly when the author specifies a fixed size. Therefore, there is no extra download time to store a full size image on the server and use a smaller size image on the page. Reducing the size blocks authors who want to create super large sizes of images creating a low quality image. Robert Elliott 12:07, 27 December 2006 (UTC)

I am from wikipedia and am currently drawing up cinema templates for the Cinema of each country -however I don't have images of the film with the flag in it of many countries which I need to use.
